Poultry
Our natural chicken products do not contain artificial ingredients, colorings, chemical perservatives, hormones, or antibiotics. Our poultry products contain ingredients that are minimally processed.
Lamb
Our lamb is free of sub-theraputic antibiotics and growth hormones. The lambs eat a 100% vegetarian diet - grass only for 6 - 8 months and then a blend of unprocessed grains. Their feed never contains any artificial supplements, stimulants, or animal by-products.
Our Pork is All Natural and our Veal is 100% Milk Fed.
Bison
Buffalo meat is very similar to beef and is cooked the same way. The taste is almost indistinguisable from beef though buffalo tends to have a fuller, richer (sweeter) flavor. It is not 'gamey' or 'wild tasting.' Bison is low in fat and cholesterol and high in protein, minerals, and vitamins. Fresh cut bison meat tends to be a darker red and richer in color than any of the other red meats. Our buffalo meat is 100% organic!
